A TEAM culture is vital to the success of our company. Teams interact with each other daily to insure good communication for a quality product. Within each team cross training is standard for accountability and smooth functioning.
Implementing our vision is a BLOCK SCHEDULING System. All of our production is based off of it. A “block” is made up of various sofas, sleepers, chairs and ottomans in fabric or leather that we daily produce.
- OUR PRODUCTION/PURCHASING/SCHEDULING MANAGEMENT LOCKS A BLOCK OF FURNITURE EVERY DAY.
- A BLOCK MOVES THROUGH THE FACTORY IN 7 DAYS FROM LOCK DAY TO LOADING.
- DIFFERENT COLOR TICKETS PER BLOCK PER DAY ALLOW MANAGEMENT TO ALWAYS KNOWS WHAT BLOCK IS BEING WORKED ON IN A PARTICUALR DEPARTMENT.
- RAW MATERIALS ORDERED & DISTRIBUTED SPECIFICALLY FOR BLOCK.
